Help and Feedback
A row of small buttons sits at the top of the sidebar, under the Align name. Three of them are for help and news:

You can also ask Max how to do something in Align, or ask it to take you to a page.
Sending feedback about Align
The Feedback button is in every workspace, for every signed-in person. Clients using the client portal have a Feedback button in the portal header.
Feedback goes to the Align team at Forward Rise, the people who make Align. It does not go to your workspace's admins or, from the portal, to the company that invited you.
- Click Send feedback about Align.
- Under What is it?, choose Something is broken, An idea or request or Other feedback.
- Enter a short Title (up to 200 characters).
- Under Details, say what happened or what would help. Steps to reproduce make a bug much quicker to fix.
- Click Send feedback.
Align adds context so the team can follow up: your name and email address, the page you were on, the app version, your browser, and the workspace you were in. The same is added when feedback comes from the portal.
What happens next
You see "Thanks. The Align team at Forward Rise will review it." Align does not send you anything further about it.
Your feedback waits in a review queue. A member of the Align team either:
- approves it, which creates an entry on Align's own board with your text and the context above; or
- declines it, which creates nothing.
There is an hourly limit on how much feedback one person can send. Past it, the form asks you to try again later.
What's New
The What's New in Align page lists product updates, newest first. Each update has a title, a date, a category and a description, and some have a Learn more link.
Updates published since your last visit are marked New. Opening the page clears the count on the sidebar button.
